Dale City Lions Community Service 11.2.2013.2013
Dale City Lions do lots of community service, like free Pedia-vision screening for local schools, preschools and health fairs.
We also serve our community with our Adopt a Highway work. This VDOT approved program is a great way to bring our Lions, Leos and any community members who would like a service project together.
We pick up litter along a two mile stretch of road (Cardinal Drive, from Minnieville to Weldin Ct.) Wearing safety vests, we get a little fresh air and exercise while performing a needed service in our neighborhoods.
