Mental Illness Family Support

 Families who have relatives with mental illness face daunting challenges.  A free course sponsored by the National Alliance on Mental Illness will be presented at Sentara Medical Center in Woodbridge, Va.  Family-to-Family is a free 12 week class which teaches coping and supportive skills to persons with family members diagnosed with major depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or other conditions. lass dates and times are February 26, 2015 to May 28 from 7PM to 9:30.  To register call Judy at 703 250 7012 or Mercedes at 703 398 9186.
