Jenkins' platform is based on his 29 years of experience and service to constituents. “I believe that a supervisor should be a leader for the country and be involved in not only our local county matters but in regional, state and national organizations and activities which can help our government and bring economic development and prosperity to our area,” said Jenkins in a press release.

Jenkins, a Vietnam Veteran, is involved in multiple state and civic organizations such as the Dale City Civic Association and Potomac and Rappahannock Transportation Commission.
