Premier Martial Arts & Fitness Open at Cheshire Station July 8

Premier Martial Arts & Fitness opens at Cheshire Station in Dale City on June 8. 

The school will offer martial arts instruction, Cage Fitness conditioning classes, and personal fitness training. 

“We’ve combined the best from a variety of martial arts. We took the striking from kick boxing, grappling from submission wrestling, footwork and weapons from Ninjutsu, and the practical self-defense from Krav Maga,"  said Sensei Steve Arntt.
