Police say a toddler and an adult have been taken to the hospital after being struck by gunfire at a DC barbershop on Friday.

Judge Revokes Suspended Sentence in Fatal DWI Hit-and-Run

A Loudoun County judge revoked a suspended sentence for DWI-manslaughter after the defendant continued to drink and drive.

The defendant’s probation violation resulted in a nearly 16 year penitentiary term. “The court clearly determined it was not willing to risk losing another innocent life,” said Commonwealth’s Attorney Jim Plowman. >>> Read more.
