"Three Ring Circus Art" Camp for Ages 8 - 12 Offered by Center for the Arts of Greater Manassas/Prince William County
Mixed media class at the Candy Factory in Historic Manassas: Monday - Friday July 13th - 17th from 10am - 2pm
Step right up to an exploration of the visual traditions of the big top tent! The sensational atmosphere of the circus has inspired artists for generations. Imagine the characters and animals of the Big Show coming to life via unique creations in paper, paint & clay. Studying artists like Alexander Calder, Georges Seurat, and Edgar Monet we will try our hand at an aerialist mobile, a pointillist painting, and more...Clowns optional!
