Alexandria City Public Schools Alert for Wednesday Afternoon

This announcement just in Wednesday afternoon, from Alexandria City Public Schools:

“On Feb. 18, all after-school and evening activities in Alexandria City Public Schools are canceled, including adult education classes. Campagna Kids and Campagna Center’s early childhood programs will close at 5 p.m.

This excludes The Strategic Plan Stakeholders Committee, which will go ahead as scheduled at 7 p.m. at 1340 Braddock Place.

This announcement does not pertain to events and activities scheduled in City recreation centers or other City facilities.

Power On programs at John Adams and Douglas MacArthur schools will continue as scheduled. For updated information on City closures, see www.alexandriava.gov.”
