Sketch Night Presented By Bad Medicine
Sketch comedy takes over the DC Improv lounge showroom! While entertaining the DMV for a decade, Bad Medicine has also been showcasing around the country. Now they're bringing in some of their favorite sketch comedy performers from DC and beyond, presenting them in DC's top comedy spot.
The June lineup: Andy Needham (NYC), Spoucho (Columbus, Ohio) and Rails Comedy (DC)
About the Comics

NYC comedian and choreographer Andy Needham rose to prominence in the international clown scene, touring with Zach Zucker's Stamptown through the US, UK and on Netflix. He has performed at Lincoln Center, Barclays Center, Edinburgh Fringe 2025, Upright Citizen's Brigade (Chris Gethard's That Show) and more! You can catch him on stand up lineups, funky clown shows in NYC or even on tour for his one man comedy show MIND ER3CTION, an hour of deranged characters and physical performance.

Spoucho is a three-person sketch group from Columbus, Ohio. They are forever bonded by their love of basketball despite having never played the game and barely understanding the rules. One thing they do understand is sketch comedy. Spoucho seamlessly blends their sharp wit with silly characters to create a sketch show that satisfactorily ties everything together by the end of the show in a cute, thematic bow. When these all-stars hit the stage, they'll break comedy ankles and you'll be calling a time-out...so you can catch your breath! And guess what? Not laughing is a foul because every sketch is a slam dunk!

The Bad Medicine Show is a high-energy sketch comedy spectacle that’s equal parts dark, cerebral, and delightfully absurd. It’s the perfect blend of smart and stupid fun from a merry band of DC friends who dive headfirst into the ridiculous. When we're not cracking up audiences at the legendary DC Improv Comedy Club, we’re hitting the road, bringing the laughs to comedy festivals like Toronto Sketchfest, SF Sketchfest, and Philly Sketchfest. Oh, and we don’t just perform, we teach the fine art of sketch comedy too.
