Cancer is such a scary diagnosis, one that does not always come with a positive outcome. I know how scary it is to be in treatment and confused with all the advice from the doctors and nurses to friends and family. I started on my path to health because of my own cancer diagnosis, I was so scared, I had no idea what to do. Then I was given the gift of books that changed my life forever! Holistic healing is very powerful, taking into account physical and mental self-care, supporting your immune system with powerful nutrients and nourishing the body and soul through movement and stillness.
