Free Sports Physicals

For athletes interested in playing a sport next year, the athletic trainers and Dr. Wolverton will perform physicals.  
 
The physical will begin in the athletic training room with a preliminary evaluation, the student will then proceed to the Teen Wellness Center for rest of the physical.

Appointments must be scheduled with the athletic trainer and can be made in person or by phone at (703)824-6900.
In addition, students may make appointments all summer by using the regular appointment system at the Teen Wellness Center.

There is a new physical form this year that must be used. As before, the fist two pages must be completed and signed by a parent and the student before the physical can be performed.
