Project Discovery Alexandria Tea, Tango and Talent

The Project Discovery Advisory Board invites you to join us for an afternoon filled with inspiration, spoken word, music and dance at our annual Fall fundraising event, Tea, Tango and Talent.  

Come enjoy our guest artists, be inspired, and help make a difference through a tax-deductible donation. All donations support the Project Discovery Book Scholarship Fund for Project Discovery High School seniors and alumni currently in college.  

Our special guest lineup includes:

•  Abdelkarim Alkabli: Singer, oad player, folklore researcher and champion of humanitarian causes, who has continued to enrich Sudanese and Arab music for over 60 years

• Arnold Harvey: Accomplished author ("Every Decision Matters"), speaker, trainer, and coach.  His passion is to serve those who are hurting in the world   

• Reggie Sellers: aka I' ma Poet  

• Essie Tarpley: Dance artist with the Sabor Dance Company 

 Light refreshments will be provided.
