Referral Partners Wanted

My name is Renee’ Peregory, I am a Holistic Health & Nutrition Coach and Yoga teacher in Del Ray. I am reaching out to holistic practitioners in Alexandria to introduce myself and my services for the opportunity to become dynamic referral partners.

By enrolling in my 3-month program that focuses on nutrition and mindfulness, my clients have successfully lost weight, reduced their blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar levels leading their doctors to lowering or taking them off of their prescription medications. My clients have also found improvements in their sleep, stress reductions and have improved their relationships with themselves and others.

My passion is to coach cancer survivors on supporting their body nutritionally to maximize healing from cancer treatments. I am a 9 year survivor of breast cancer and a 7 year thyroid cancer survivor. I had to change my health around from a processed food, fast food junkie who smoked cigarettes and who despised exercise to a health food loving cancer surThriver who lives a holistic lifestyle!

The journey back to health can be very hard with all the conflicting information out there. For instance, my oncologist’s office has a full candy dish at sign-in for their patients and welcomes pastries into the chemo treatment room and my nurse warned me about eating raw vegetables during chemo treatments! Having a health and nutrition coach to guide survivors eases the stress around food choices and empowers them to live a healthy lifestyle and become a healthy SurThriver!
