$19K Worth Of Street Signs, Lights Damaged In Falls Church
Police are looking into how city street signs and lights got damaged.
FALLS CHURCH, VA—Police are investigating $19,700 worth of damage to street lights and signs in the City of Falls Church.
According to the police report, several signs and lights were damaged between 8 p.m. on March 27 and 8 a.m. on March 28. Early investigations indicate a large truck with an oversized load may be responsible. No one has been charged, and the investigation continues.

Larceny-Shoplifting, 1230 W Broad St (Giant Food), Mar 25, 7:41 PM, unknown suspect
described as a black male, approximately 40-50 years old, and wearing a blue jacket and a
baseball cap, attempted to steal merchandise valued at more than $400. Merchandise was
recovered. Investigation continues.
Burglary-Commercial, 450 W Broad St, between 5:30 PM, Mar 22 and 2:27 PM, Mar 26, an
office was broken into and a laptop was taken. Investigation continues.

Tampering with Auto, 400 blk E Broad St, between 6:30 PM, Mar 30 and 11:35 AM, Mar 31,
unknown suspect(s) damaged the door of a vehicle parked in a driveway.
