Seven Corners Murder-Suicide: Woman Hit By Car, Shot: Police
Police initially believe a man hit a woman with a car and shot her before shooting himself.

SEVEN CORNERS, VA—Two people died in an apparent murder-suicide shooting in the Seven Corners area Tuesday morning, according to Fairfax County Police.
Around 11:37 a.m., a delivery driver reported after a delivery driver reported the shooting outside the Woodlake Tower complex in the 3100 block of South Manchester Street. Initial investigations show the man hit a woman with an SUV and shot her. He then turned the gun on himself, police say. The victims were found outside the condominium building entrance.
The victims were identified as Katherine Martell, 30, and Christopher Brooks, 30. Police say the pair have a child, who was not at the scene. The child is safe with another relative.
