Apartments Named After Loren Pope Open In Falls Church

The new apartment building is named after acclaimed writer and Falls Church resident Loren Pope.

FALLS CHURCH, VA—A new apartment option has opened in Falls Church and will soon offer retail.

The Loren is located at 6410 Arlington Boulevard just outside the city in Fairfax County. The community features five stories and 185 residences, ranging from studio to two bedrooms with dens and three-level, two-bedroom townhomes with more than 1,600 square feet of living space. Apartments come with granite countertops, stainless steel kitchen appliances, open floor plans and balconies in select units.

The building's design is inspired by and named after acclaimed writer and Falls Church resident Loren Pope. The property took inspiration from the house famous architect Frank Lloyd Wright designed for Pope and his family. Today, the Pope-Leighey House in Mount Vernon is perhaps one of the most iconic in Northern Virginia.

Amenities range from a resort-style pool, fitness center, clubroom, private parking garage and shuttle to the Metro. Downtown Falls Church and the East Falls Church Metro station are just minutes away.

The building is ready for leases, but there's still more to come in The Loren. Building developer and owner Bozzuto says there's about 14,000 square feet of retail space. Businesses set to occupy the space are to be announced.

This is the fifth apartment building Bozzuto has opened in Falls Church. One bedrooms start at $1,795 and two bedrooms at$2,555.
