Armed Robbery Reported at Falls Church Area Gas Station Monday Morning: Police
One of the suspects unsuccessfully attempted to use an electronic control weapon against the victim before both suspects fled, police said.

Fairfax County Police say there was an armed robbery of a Falls Church area gas station Monday morning.
Officers responded to the report of a robbery in progress at the Exxon gas station at 7519 Leesburg Pike (see map below), Monday, shortly before 10 a.m., police said.

The complainant reported that two men entered the business and removed an undisclosed amount of cash from the register, according to police. One of the suspects unsuccessfully attempted to use an electronic control weapon against the victim before both suspects fled, police said.
The victim was not injured, according to police.

The suspects were described as black males in their mid-20s, police said. One was 6 feet to 6 feet 2 inches tall, with a slim build, wearing a black, hooded sweatshirt with green stripes on the sleeves. The second suspect was 5 feet 10 inches to 6 feet tall, muscular build, wearing a black, hooded sweatshirt and a black cap, police said.
