Car Parade, Pre-Recorded Ceremony Honors George Mason Graduates
As the community celebrates the class of 2020, road closures are planned Wednesday evening on the route.

FALLS CHURCH, VA — A car parade and pre-recorded graduation ceremony honored the George Mason High School class of 2020 Wednesday in Falls Church.
With the end of seniors' high school experience disrupted by the pandemic, the parade let the community celebrate graduates in an alternative way. The event was held by the George Mason High School PTSA at 5 p.m.
Falls Church Police closed Park Avenue on the parade route — from Oak Street to Little Falls Street. The road closure happened between approximately 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
