UPDATE: City of Falls Church Government to Close at Noon Thursday
Employees may take liberal leave after checking with their supervisor. Officials will continue to monitor the weather.
UPDATE 9:45 a.m.: The City of Falls Church Government will close today at noon. This includes the Community Center and the Mary Riley Styles Public Library.

The City of Falls Church government will be open as regularly scheduled on Thursday, March 5, according to a news release from the City sent out Thursday morning.

Employees may take liberal leave after checking with their supervisor. Officials will continue to monitor the weather. The Snow Emergency is in effect, so vehicles should not be parked on Snow Routes.
Library programs scheduled for before noon are cancelled. The preschool at the Community Center is closed. Any Recreation and Parks activities that take place outside of the Community Center are cancelled.
Updates about afternoon Recreation and Parks activities and Mary Riley Styles Public Library programs are expected later in the morning.
