City of Falls Church Treasurer to Handle Collections

Collecting fees for unpaid special pick-up fees, false alarm invoices, bus stop-arm violations, red light cameras, unpaid parking tickets.

The City of Falls Church Treasurer recently took over collections for City services and programs. The Treasurer collects real estate and personal property taxes for the City and will now collect delinquent bills for all other City services as well. This is part of the Treasurer’s effort to help streamline collections into one office for all monies due to the City.

Past-due notices were mailed out this week to 300 homes and businesses for unpaid special pick-up fees and false alarm invoices.

In the coming weeks, past due notices will also be sent out for unpaid parking tickets, red light camera tickets, and school bus stop-arm violations.
