Democrat Don Beyer Stops by Falls Church on Election Day
The candidate for the 8th congressional district greeted voters outside a local precinct.

Democrat Don Beyer, running for the 8th congressional District seat, stopped by to greet voters Tuesday morning in Falls Church. Earlier this year Congressman Jim Moran announced his retirement from the seat after 24 years.
Beyer is an auto dealer with a dealership in the City and is running against several opponents including Republican Micah Edmond. Beyer is also a former lieutenant governor of Virginia and a former U.S. ambassador.
Polls close Tuesday at 7 p.m.
