Architectural Advisory Board

Advises the Planning Commission, the Board of Zoning Appeals, and the Zoning Administrator; reviews building permits and site plans; and makes recommendations to the Zoning Administrator and/or Planning Commission. 

The Board reviews architectural design, texture, color and construction materials, scale of development, aesthetic and spatial relationship of development, landscaping configuration, location of signs and exterior lighting and sign applications, and requests for sign variances.

Meets at 7:30 p.m. the first Wednesday of each month in City Hall Council Chambers, 2nd Floor, 300 Park Avenue. No meetings are held in August. Please refer to AAB Meeting and Agenda Cut-Off Dates.
