Community Celebration for Howard Herman

The City invites the public to join the celebrations for Howard Herman, General Manager of the Community Services Department and Director of Recreation and Parks. Herman retires in April after 40 years of service. The many highlights of Herman's career, as well as the Falls Church Recreation and Parks Department over the last four decades, will be featured at the Community Celebration on Sun., April 10, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Community Center.
