The public is invited to a Community Meeting on Saturday, Oct. 29, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., at the Fellowship Hall of Columbia Baptist Church (103 W. Columbia St.). The North Washington Street Small Area Plan will be discussed, including existing plans and proposed redevelopment. Small discussion groups will form so attendees may share ideas.
