Falls Church Man Accused Of Putting Cameras In VA Tech Bathrooms
The recording devices were left disguised in public bathrooms on Virginia Tech's campus.

FALLS CHURCH, VA—A Falls Church man was charged Wednesday, Feb. 27 in relation to recording devices found in public bathrooms at Virginia Tech. Andrew Wildman was charged with unlawful creation of an image of another, a misdemeanor.
The Virginia Tech Police Department received reports of two recording devices in public bathrooms on campus. One was disguised as a USB wall charger and plugged into an outlet. The other device was disguised as a clothing hook and mounted with adhesive and Velcro on a bathroom wall.
Police say they identified the suspect, who reportedly admitted responsibility, on Feb. 21. There was no indication other suspects were involved.

Anyone who encounters a recording device should not try to remove it but call campus police at 540-382-4343.
