Falls Church Man Accused Of Sex Crimes Against Minor

Fairfax County Police believe the man used false names and age when soliciting sex from minors.

A Falls Church man is facing charges for sex crimes against a minor, according to Fairfax County Police.

James Gregory, 21, of Falls Church, was arrested Wednesday and charged with two felony counts of carnal knowledge and the use of a communication device to solicit a minor. He was taken to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center and released on bond.

Detectives began investigating when a minor victim told parents about unlawful sexual contact with Gregory. Police believe Gregory used false names and a false age on several social media accounts to solicit sex from minors.

The Major Crimes Bureau’s Victim Services Division is providing resources to the victim.
