Falls Church Man Wins Lottery 20 Times
Playing the four numbers of his birth year in the lottery paid off 20 times for this Falls Church resident.

FALLS CHURCH, VA — Using numbers with a special meaning paid off for Falls Church resident Douglas Rosen. Twenty times, that is.
Rosen scored $100,000 in the Virginia Lottery's Pick 4 game using his birth year, 1958, as the winning four digit combination. He bought twenty plays with the same numbers, and it was his lucky day in the May 10 night drawing. Each of the tickets won the top prize of $5,000.
"I could just feel it," he told Virginia lottery officials. "I knew I was going to hit!"
