Falls Church Resident Faces Child Pornography Charges: Police
A man was charged with five counts of child pornography possession after police executed a search warrant at his home.

FALLS CHURCH, VA — A City of Falls Church resident is facing child pornography charges after an investigation by city and state police.
On Sept. 9, police arrested and charged Kimball Bryant Winn, 64, with five counts of possession of child pornography. A search warrant was executed at his home on Aug. 31, where police say child pornography was found on digital devices. Police seized the devices, and they will be examined for prosecution in court.
The investigation started after a tip about potential child pornography from the Northern Virginia and Washington, DC Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. Police continue an ongoing investigation into the suspect’s online activities.
