Falls Church Restaurant Inspections: Milk Gone Sour

FALLS CHURCH, VA — Fairfax County regularly conducts health inspections for City of Falls Church and county restaurants. The frequency of inspections on the type of food served and how it is prepared.

“In our experience, it is unrealistic to expect that a complex, full-service food operation can routinely avoid any violations,” states the Virginia Department of Health’s website.

Here are some of the violations from Falls Church inspections during November. Among the violations was milk and eggs past their expiration dates at Einstein Bros Bagels. The items were discarded during the inspection.
