Falls Church Restaurant Owner Wins $200K Lottery Prize

The lottery winner plans to put the money toward his Falls Church restaurant.

FALLS CHURCH, VA -- A Falls Church restaurant owner won a $200,000 prize, the Virginia Lottery announced.

Hussein Haj-Assaad of Annandale won the second highest prize from the 50X the Money scratch ticket. He owns Raouche Cafe, a casual Lebanese dining spot in Falls Church, and plans to put the winnings toward his restaurant. Haj-Assaad bought the winning ticket at the Mobil Gas Station near his restaurant (2919 Gallows Road, Falls Church).

He is the seventh person to claim the $200,000 prize, and one has yet to be claimed. One of two top prizes of $5 million has yet to be claimed.
