Falls Church Sexual Assaults Lead To Charges Against Student

FALLS CHURCH, VA — A juvenile student was arrested and charged Thursday with two sexual assault cases on and off the Falls Church secondary school campus.

City of Falls Church Police charged the juvenile after a two-month investigation into a sexual assault on the secondary campus after school hours. When the first incident was reported to school officials, the accused student was expelled.

According to police, the investigation revealed probable cause that the juvenile committed a second sexual assault of a juvenile girl. This incident happened off campus.

The juvenile was charged with aggravated sexual assault and rape. Police are withholding additional information about the accused juvenile and juvenile victims, per state law. The accused juvenile faced a court hearing on Friday.
