SEVEN CORNERS, VA — A driver has been charged in a Seven Corners crash that killed another driver in April, according to Fairfax County Police.
The crash happened in the early morning of April 21 at Arlington Boulevard and Patrick Henry Drive. Police believe a 2016 Honda Accord heading east on Arlington Boulevard in the far-left lane struck a 2018 Honda Civic that was attempting a sudden U-turn in the far-right lane.
Police believe the Accord driver was speeding over 100 mph before the crash. That driver, identified as Mirza Baig, 26, of Alexandria, faces an involuntary manslaughter charge. He is being held without bond at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center.
