3 Residents Safe After House Fire In Falls Church

All residents were evacuated when a fire broke out Wednesday, according to the city.

FALLS CHURCH, VA — Crews responded to a house fire in Falls Church Wednesday afternoon.

The fire happened in the 1300 block of Robinson Place, according to a city alert. All three residents were evacuated safely.

Residents are asked to avoid the area until the scene is clear. Wednesday trash and recycling collection will be delayed in the area.

Street closures for the fire department response included Robinson Place, Rosemary Lane between Seton Lane and Tracy Place, and Poplar Drive between Seton Lane and Robinson Place. All roads have reopened except for Robinson Place.

The fire marshal is investigating the cause of the fire. Arlington and Fairfax County fire units responded.
