Independent Bookstore Day: Bake Off, Giveaways At One More Page

Bookworms of all ages are invited to a day full of fun activities at One More Page Books on Saturday, April 28 for National Independent Bookstore Day. One More Page, an independent bookstore close to Falls Church City in Arlington, will open at 10 a.m.

Patrons can expect an in-store scavenger hunt, selfie station and hourly giveaways all day. At 3 p.m. get ready for the Bookseller Bake-off followed by Ask the Boozy Booksellers and wine tasting at 6 p.m. There will also be exclusive Independent Bookstore Day merchandise.

One More Page is sells books, wines, & artisanal chocolates and aims to be a community gathering place for people to share their love of reading. The store regularly holds events like author talks, book discussions, book clubs and wine and chocolate tastings. It is located at 2200 N. Westmoreland Street, #101, Arlington.
