Jason's Deli To Close Falls Church Location At Idylwood Plaza
The deli chain at the Idylwood Plaza shopping center will close in mid-December.

IDYLWOOD, VA — Jason's Deli, a chain known for its sandwiches and healthy food options, is preparing to close at Idylwood Plaza in the Falls Church area.
The location announced via Facebook it will close its 7505 Leesburg Pike location on Dec. 12. A reason for the closing was not specified.
Jason's Deli started as a family-owned business and now has 250 locations in various U.S. states. The chain emphasizes its commitment to natural ingredients and has removed artificial trans fats, high-fructose corn syrup, artificial flavors and colors, and monosodium glutamate (MSG) from its foods. Its menu of soups, salads, potatoes, pastas and sandwiches includes gluten-sensitive and vegetarian options, as well as catering.

"We are extremely grateful that we had the opportunity to serve this community and we cherish our time spent here," the location shared via Facebook. "Thank you for the wonderful years!"
That leaves one Jason's Deli location left in Northern Virginia — in Fairfax. The Falls Church location's hours until the closure are 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
