Jingle Bell Jog Celebrates 3rd Annual Race In Falls Church

Progressive Pediatric Therapy is holding its 3rd annual Jingle Bell Jog in Falls Church on Saturday, Dec. 4 at 10 a.m.

FALLS CHURCH, VA — Progressive Pediatric Therapy is holding its 3rd annual Jingle Bell Jog in Falls Church on Dec. 4, where participants will get to run or jog and meet Santa before and after the races.

The event, which starts at 10 a.m. on Saturday, includes 1-mile and half-mile races on the W&OD Trail. The races begin and end at the American Legion at 400 N. Oak St., between Great Falls St. and West Broad St.

The entry fee is $25, which includes a t-shirt and winners medals.

The event raises money for children and families of special needs children. Participants are invited to bring a new unwrapped toy to drop in a toy collection box. The toys will be delivered to local families.

In the past, the Jingle Bell Jog has attracted nearly 100 families, including the mayor of Falls Church. Runners, walkers, and participants using wheelchairs and walkers are welcome to enter the event.
