Lemon Lane Consignment Moving To Old The Local Market Space

The children's consignment shop is preparing to open at the former location of The Local Market.

FALLS CHURCH, VA—Lemon Lane Consignment, a children and babies' clothing store, will move to the former The Local Market location at 246 West Broad Street. Currently located at 926 West Broad Street, the anticipated opening of the new location is in June.

In the meantime, the business is offering a deal for customers that spread the word.

Anyone who takes a selfie in front of the balloon wall at 246 West Broad St and post to social media using #lemonlaneconsignment will get 25 percent off one item. Customers should show the social media post to an employee in-store at 926 West Broad Street.

The Local Market, which specialized in local produce, dairy and other products, closed on Sunday, March 18. According to the Falls Church News-Press, Tom and Laura Coates opened the business in 2011 before it changed hands to Patrick and Mary Elizabeth Fleming and Tamara Powell.
