Literacy Council of Northern Virginia to Begin Class Registration

The Literacy Council of Northern Virginia will host spring classes for beginning-level adult English language learners in Alexandria, Annandale, Falls Church, Herndon, Lorton, and Springfield. Adults can sign up from January 3 through January 18. These classes provide adult learners with the fundamentals of English to improve their communication skills, engage in the community and advance in their careers. In addition to beginning English classes, the Literacy Council of Northern Virginia offers English writing classes and Family Learning Programs for adults with children in their lives. The cost for classes is $75 which includes books and testing fees. In-person registration is required, and students can go to any registration session to sign up for all classes.
