O’Connell was last seen around 6 p.m. in the 3800 block of South George Mason Drive, police said. He suffers from a mental impairment and may be in need of immediate medical attention, according to police.
Police released this description of O’Connell: He is 51 years old. He is 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs about 190 pounds. His hair is dyed brown, police said, and he has blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray coat, blue jeans and brown boots.
