Mosaic Restaurant to Feature Historic Tennessee Bourbon at Thursday Dinner

Gypsy Soul 'Chef-tender' Bryan Tetorakis teams up with Charlie Nelson's Green Brier Distillery to celebrate Belle Meade Bourbon.

Pull up a seat Thursday for a pairing of a historic bourbon with a creative menu prepared by Gypsy Soul “Chef-tender” Bryan Tetorakis.

Tetorakis is teaming up with Charlie Nelson of Nelson’s Green Brier Distillery out of Nashville on Thursday night to celebrate the acclaimed Belle Meade Bourbon - produced by the historic distillery that is set to re-open this month after being dormant for more than a century.

In celebration, Gypsy Soul will offer 2 BMB drinks with 2 snacks for $22 at the bar, and a 3-course menu with 3 BMB drink pairings for $60 in the dining room. All Belle Meade Bourbon drinks can be ordered a la carte for $12 all night.
