MS-13 Members Charged With Kidnapping, Murder In Fairfax County
The indictment alleges gang members lured two juveniles to a Fairfax County park to kill them.

A federal grand jury indicted 11 MS-13 gang members Thursday for the 2016 kidnappings and killings of two juveniles in Fairfax County.
According to the indictment, Edenilson Misael Alfaro, a high-ranking MS-13 member authorized lower-ranking members of MS-13’s Park View Locos Salvatrucha clique in Virginia to lure, kidnap, and murder two juveniles in August and September 2016.
The gang targeted one of the juveniles, only identified as E.E.E.M., for posting a photograph of a masked man to his Facebook account with the number 666 above his head. Alfaro allegedly ordered members to kill E.E.E.M., believing the Facebook post meant E.E.E.M. was a member of the rival 18th Street gang.

In August, members lured the juvenile to Holmes Run Stream Valley Park before attacking and killing him, the indictment claims. The members allegedly videotaped E.E.E.M.’s murder to prove to gang leadership they finished the killing and that they were worthy of promotion.
The following month, high-ranking member Elmer Zelaya Martinez told Alfaro another juvenile was believed to be working with law enforcement. All 11 defendants are charged with luring the juvenile, known as S.A.A.T., to Holmes Run Stream Valley Park. According to the indictment, the juvenile was attacked and murdered. Gang members also recorded this killing.
