New Pilates Studio Opens Saturday in Falls Church

An Arlington Pilates studio with two locations in the county has expanded to the City of Falls Church.

My Thrive Pilates, currently with locations at Courthouse and Shirlington Village, is holding a “soft opening” today (Saturday) at its brand-new Falls Church studio at 444 W. Broad St. in Falls Church.

We are excited to announce our soft opening this Saturday at our Falls Church studio! The studio is located at 444 West Broad Street, Falls Church. Free parking is located in the underground garage.

We will be offering our signature Reformer classes as well as Chair, Mat and Ugi Mat classes. Ugi Mat is a new class that utilizes a flexible weighted ball to add resistance and cardio to Mat class. Chair class is just that, a full class of chair work to challenge and strengthen. Please check our schedule for our full class listing.
