VIRGINIA — September turns into October this weekend, and there will be plenty of fall and Halloween fun around Northern Virginia and DC.

Another major happening will be the Panda Palooza: A Giant Farewell, the last chance to see the giant pandas at the National Zoo. Other major events happening this weekend are the World Cultural Festival, DC Coffee Festival, Alexandria Art Festival, Virginia Spirits Expo, Manassas Latino Festival, MPAartfest and Fairfax Funky Flea.
