Oakton, West Springfield hold strong atop region poll
Little appears to stand in way of Cougars-Spartans region title game
Oakton held onto its unanimous No. 1 ranking in the Patch Northern Region Girls Coaches Poll, while West Springfield held just as strong at No. 2.
The poll remained steady throughout, as no teams fell out of the rankings. Centreville debuted in a tie for 10th with Fairfax.
The biggest movers were Stone Bridge, who jumped all the way to a tie for sixth after coming in at 10 in our last set of rankings. Conversely, Robinson fell to No. 8 from No. 4.
