Passenger Dies In Bailey's Crossroads Crash: Police
A passenger in a Volkswagen Jetta was killed Tuesday morning in a two-car crash on S. George Mason Drive in the Bailey's Crossroads area.
BAILEY'S CROSSROADS, VA — A passenger in a Volkswagen Jetta was killed in a two-car crash on S. George Mason Drive in the Bailey’s Crossroads area of Fairfax County early Tuesday morning, according to the Fairfax County Police Department.
The fatal crash occurred in the 3700 block of S. George Mason Drive.
The Volkswagen was turning into Skyline Plaza from S. George Mason Drive when it was struck by a Honda Accord that was traveling northbound, according to police.

The passenger in the Jetta died. The driver of the Jetta was taken to the hospital, as was the driver of the Honda Accord, police said.
After the crash, the driver and a passenger in the Honda Accord left the scene on foot, WTOP reported Tuesday. Fairfax County Police officers found them, and arrested the passenger for public drunkenness, according to the report.
