Police Arrest Man for Alleged Illegal Filming at Crossroads Center

Alexandria man, 50, was charged with non-consensual filming of victims' "lower body areas," police said.

Fairfax County Police have arrested an Alexandria man, 50, for allegedly illegally filming people in a store in Bailey’s Crossroads.

Police were called Thursday afternoon at about 4:53 p.m. to the 5800 block of Crossroads Center in Bailey’s Crossroads. Officers responded for a report of a man that was allegedly taking pictures of victims’ lower body areas in a department store.

Officers located the suspect and arrested him. Carbajal Gerardo Argelio Fernandez, 50, of Alexandria, was charged with nonconsensual filming.
