Quadrant, Inc. Makes Generous Contributions to Local Nonprofit

Contributions Will Help Assistance League Provide Food and Clothing to Children In Need

Assistance League of Northern Virginia is extremely grateful to Quadrant, Inc., for its very generous contributions to the charity recently. Quadrant, based in Reston, offers a wide range of staffing solutions for its health care, technology and federal customers. Quadrant has been a community partner with Assistance League for more than 7 years and the charity has benefitted from the benevolence of the company’s leadership and employees. Their involvement has included sizable donations to fund the Weekend Food for Kids program, helping at a food-packing, sponsorship of the charity’s Fundraiser luncheon, and the purchase of gift cards for all the food bag recipients so that families who received the bags also had some extra funds to purchase holiday gifts. Assistance League remains very appreciative of Quadrant’s continuing support.

Quadrant’s most recent donation is especially gratifying because it came at a time when the nonprofit’s funding has declined while the needs of the students and families it serves have greatly expanded. About 1 in 5 students in our community face food-insecurity, despite the affluence of Northern Virginia. Quadrant’s generosity will ensure that Assistance League can continue its philanthropic programs that deliver essential food and clothing to the many families that are struggling. The charity salutes Quadrant for its dedication to making a significant improvement in the lives of so many children in our neighborhoods and it extends the deep gratitude of all who benefit from the company’s altruism.
