Rape Under Investigation In Falls Church

FALLS CHURCH, VA—A forcible rape is under investigation in the City of Falls Church, police say.

Details surrounding the incident were not disclosed, but police received the report on Nov. 29. Police say the victim knew the suspect.

Whether the victim who reported the assault is a Falls Church resident was not disclosed, nor was the time frame or location of the alleged assault.

City spokesperson Susan Finarelli told the Falls Church News-Press an arrest has not been made.
