SAT Scores Jump at FCPS' Falls Church High School
College Board shows Falls Church High School with a 33 point gain on the average SAT score for their students.

Students at Falls Church High School had the second largest gains on their SAT scores out of the entire county. The school is located in Fairfax County.
The report from the College Board shows Falls Church High School with a 33 point gain on the average SAT score for their students.
Specifically, their students had a 15-point increase in the Critical Reading score, a 4-point increase in Mathematics, and a 14-point increase in Writing.

Not only is this impressive in Fairfax County, but Falls Church High School is trending upward in Writing while the state, and the nation, is having a downward trend. When looking at the national scores, there were no improvements in Mathematics and only heading steady in Critical Reading. Falls Church High School students are going against that national average, showing gains in all three areas.
