Six Hit And Runs; Man Charged With Assault: Falls Church Crime Report
A man was arrested with charges of assault and battery, while six hit and runs were reported in the Falls Church weekly crime report.
FALLS CHURCH, VA — A Falls Church man was arrested on a warrant last Tuesday, June 13, according to the weekly crime report. Paul Christopher Thomas, 25, was charged with assault and battery.
Plus, hit and runs continue to be frequent among incidents reported in the City of Falls Church. Six were reported in Falls Church from June 12 to June 18, Falls Church Police say.

Hit and Run, 6700 block of Wilson Blvd, (Eden Center parking lot), between 10 p.m. on June 11 and 3:30 p.m. on June 12, a vehicle was struck by an unknown vehicle.
Hit and Run, 600 block of Fulton St, June 12, between 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., a parked vehicle was struck by an unknown vehicle.

Hit and Run, 6700 block of Wilson Blvd, (Eden Center parking lot), June 13, between 9 a.m. and 11:52 a.m., a parked vehicle was struck by an unknown vehicle.
Hit and Run, 1000 block of Lincoln Ave, between 4:30 p.m. June 13 and 8:30 a.m. June 14, a parked vehicle was struck by another vehicle which left the scene.
Hit and Run, 132 W. Broad St (Dogwood Tavern), between 5 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. on June 17, a vehicle was struck by another vehicle which left the scene.
Hit and Run, 110 N. West St (7-Eleven), June 17, 4:05 p.m., a silver Ford F150 struck an
unoccupied vehicle and left the scene.
Other notable incidents in the Falls Church crime report are:
Kidnapping/Assault/Larceny, 300 block of Gundry Dr, June 15, a juvenile, 17, of Falls Church, who was known to the victim, was charged with Abduction and Kidnapping, Assault and Batter and Grand Larceny.
Larceny – Theft from Motor Vehicle, 600 block of Hillwood Ave, between 6 p.m. on June 9 and 8:45 p.m. on June 12, an item of value was taken from an unlocked vehicle.
Larceny – Theft from Motor Vehicle, 6763 Wilson Blvd, (Eden Center), June 12, 6 p.m., items of value were taken from a vehicle.
Credit Card Fraud, 900 block of W. Broad St, June 13, a report of credit card fraud was taken.
