Sol Roots Band performs in Falls Church VA on Sun Oct 26! New Orleans funk, southern soul, deep blues, and energetic rock.

Sol Roots and the band create a unique blend of energetic rock, raw blues, and funk, all delivered with deep soul.

On Sunday October 26, the Sol Roots band performs at JV’s 
in Falls Church VA (early show- 4pm until 7pm). The show is FREE ADMISSION. This group features guitarist and vocalist Sol, with drummer extraordinaire Scott Rabino (of Tommy Castro) and tasteful bassist Andreas Holmstrom (has worked with Adam Smirnoff of Lettuce, 
& Robert Randolph band).

JV’s is a 
classic roadhouse venue that showcases high quality DC area rock, blues,
and rockabilly performers on a regular basis. JV’s showcases music 
every night of the week.
Sol Roots has performed at many premier 
festivals and venues across the east coast US, and his band has shared 
the stage with acts such as Soulive, Eric Lindell, Jon Cleary, Walter 
“Wolfman” Washington, Booker T Jones, Jackie Greene, and more.

Paying homage to the greats, Sol seeks to push musical boundaries and bring Roots Music to a new generation of listeners.

The Sol Roots group is an official Home Grown Music Network band.
